Angela, a murderous camper who returns to Camp New Horizons where she previously had killed most of the campers. The camp reopens under an inept new management team played by Michael J. Pollard and Sandra Dorsey. This is the ideal setting for Angela, who is dedicated to doing her job of eliminating "immoral" teenagers.
