Pat Garrett & Billy the Kid

Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid is the 1973 adaptation based on the true events of the late 1800's outlaw Billy the Kid and his former best friend turned Sheriff Pat Garrett. Garrett is hired to take down old pal Billy by the cattle businessmen once and for all, despite (or perhaps because of) their prior relationship.
